It has been so long since I last wrote you all. My deepest apologies. Since we last spoke, so much as happened in my life (most of these events aren't included below).
*and people who accidentally find themselves here/got spammed to go to this site from some sort of something or other on the internet (I don't know how this stuff works but according to my blog stats people are directed her from a site called http://www.vampirestat.com).
To begin:
- Last week, I registered for Computer Science for next fall. It was a game time decision forced upon me by distribution requirements and having a not so good priority time for registration. Even more, it's at 8:30 in the morning. I update you all in the fall.
- I started and finished The Fault in Our Stars in two days. I should not have time to read for pleasure this week.
- I checked out 100 Years of Solitude from the library and began reading it. I then realized I had checked out 100 Years of Solitude: Modes of Reading.
- The Blackhawks lost. To make matters worse, there is some sort of glitch in my SportsCenter app so whenever I get updated on some sporting news, it is joined by the update from the Sunday night loss. It's like reliving each time. See Image A below.
- I was perusing the courses catalogue and found a great gem of a mistake. See Image B below.
- I have 6 days left of my freshman year of college.
- I was watching the show, Best Food Ever, on Netflix the other night because I naturally had nothing better to do. The episode was all about sandwiches which are the greatest food invention of all time. Anyway, regarding an apparently spectacular burger, this customer said the following: “This is one of those few meals you’ll plan your day around.
It’s worth it.” Umm, isn't that the case with most meals? Maybe this doesn't happen every day but the majority of my meals are so important that I plan my day around them. I even plan my next meal while eating the current one. I like food.
- On Saturday, I watched a Netflix documentary called Unhung Hero. It's about a young man on a journey that involves the pun in the title. Highly recommend. See movie post below in Image C.
